The basics
These terms govern your use of OTGMS (otgms.com, the fleet portal at /fleet/*, the admin portal at /admin/*) and any vehicle maintenance work we dispatch through them. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to them.
OTGMS is operated by On the Go Mobility Solutions LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE. We’ll refer to you as “customer” and to us as “OTGMS”.
Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
- You won’t share your account with anyone outside your organisation. Add teammates via /fleet/team instead.
- You’ll only enter accurate vehicle, contact, and billing information.
- You’re responsible for actions taken under your account, including by teammates you invited.
Booking a service
- Every booking creates a quote (price locked at the time of booking). If extra work is needed once we’re on-site, we pause for your approval before continuing.
- We hold your scheduled slot or the service is free + AED 50 credit on your next booking (the “slot guarantee”, subject to force majeure like extreme weather or government-mandated closures).
- You can cancel before the technician is en-route at no charge. Cancellations after the technician has departed incur a AED 99 dispatch fee.
Warranty
Workmanship is covered by a 14-day warranty: if the same issue recurs within 14 days of completion, we return at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 6–12 months) which we facilitate but don’t replace. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, accident, or third-party tampering.
Pricing & payment
- Prices on the website are inclusive of UAE VAT (5%).
- We invoice via Zoho Books on completion. Payment is due net-14 for fleet accounts; D2C customers pay on completion via the hosted Zoho checkout.
- Overdue invoices accrue late-payment interest at the rate set by the UAE Central Bank, calculated daily after the due date.
Photo evidence
We photograph every job (pre-work, odometer, post-work). Photos are private to your account; we may use anonymised photos (no plates, no people, no identifying detail) in marketing material — opt out at any time via /fleet/settings.
Vendor technicians
Vetted technicians dispatched by OTGMS are independent contractors operating under our brand standards (uniform, tooling, audit). We accept responsibility for their work as if it were our own employees.
Liability
OTGMS’ total liability for any claim arising from a single service is capped at the price paid for that service plus a refund of any related parts. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, business interruption, third-party damages beyond the vehicle serviced).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the portal to attempt to access another customer’s data, reverse-engineer the platform, send spam, or load-test without our written permission. Violations may result in account suspension and / or legal action.
Termination
You can close your account anytime via /fleet/settings or by emailing support@otgms.com. We’ll retain billing records for the period UAE tax law requires; everything else is deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or UAE law, with written notice unless immediate action is required for safety / fraud reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Changes to these terms
We’ll notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the change date constitutes acceptance.
